My servie engine light was up yesterday. According to my local dealer, the O2 sensor went bad. I have a 99ES with 35000 km. My question is does it cover under warranty? If not, how much will it cost me to replace?

 

First off, shame on you for going to the dealer to diagnose the check engine light.

Second, yes that's covered under warranty.

 

Well, thanks for your reply. I was at the dealer for free oil change. They simply did a favor diagnosing the check engine light for me.
