Ok
as you guys may know I am planning on cutting that middle thing on the lower valence so it is just one. So i took my new bumper to the autobody guy. He said he cant cut that middle thing because thats where the foam reinforcment goes and if that middle thing is gone, there is no place for the reinforment to go! So uhh, how did you other guys do this?

 

go to another body shop

 

Im sure this guy WILL do it, hes just saying its a bad idea because the bumper will be all wably, etc.
