Problem with Clock in Dash Board?

I Installed a Head Unit into my Max, Now that I have done that, My Clock doesnt seem to work anymore. I even opened it all back up and the clock piece is connected and everything, Im thinking it might be the fuse. But in the fuse box, There isnt one that says clock. Does anyone know which one of them fuses -is- for the clock? And or where its near?

Thanx

Nick

The fuse block doesn't list the clock seperatetly, but from what I can remember I believe its one of the fuses marked "bat" (battery) or "elect. comp.". Keep pulling fuses until there isn't any voltage getting to the clock. Or just check the harness to the clock for any loose connnections. The clock has a tiny harness connected to it, so it is very proned to any loose connections.

My clock is VERY dim...ever since I got it....I'm guessing it's just defective...or maybe mine has a loose connection too...

ok. Your "clock" fust is in the center row all the way to the top. It is labels Elec. parts or something to that affect, however if you blew that fuse your security system wouldnt work and two other lights i believe...

bad clock

my clock on the the dash is also not working, however if you use the search function there was a similar problem with the 3RD gen where the clock will work intermittenly, sometimes you have to tap the top part of the center console to get it to work. There is a write up on how to fix this problem for the clock on the 3rd gen and I am thinking that the same may apply to our 4th gen clocks, I check several dealers and the clock costs around $200 , I think it would easier to attempt to try and fix it. Will try and locate the link for the website. Later Man!!!!!!!!!
