Re: Warpspeed?!?!?!
Re: Warpspeed?!?!?!
Hey guys... I've ordered my TIG Y-pipe from Warpspeed like almost a month ago, but I haven't recieved it yet. I e-mailed Dallas but he hasn't replied. I'm not sure what's going on... has anyone else have a similar problem with them? I was also thinking about ordering the CAI from them too since it is the cheapest, but if it takes THIS long them I'm thinking of somewhere else like Cattman... Any comments on this will be helpful. THanx!
I don't know where you live, but I live on the east coast and got my y pipe in 3 weeks. It was packaged real nice too. Well worth the wait. I understand your concern though. I happened to order mine just when they were catching up so I lucked out. I would just call Warpspeed. I got through the one time I called. Good luck.
WSP
They are extremely busy. IT tooks me over a month to recieve my Y-pipe and a little longer (CAI were in powder coat, I knew about the wait ahead of time) to receive my CAI. Both were worth the wait. Call (leave a message, don not just hang up) and send him an e-mail. He will straighten things out.

I ended up in the same situation. I eventually got my y-pipe but the CAI wait was unbearable so I cancelled and went with Cattman
since they're just across town from me. I think WSP is great and I
can totally appreciate their value but I just couldn't stand the not knowing, lack of answer at the phone # and LENGTHY wait times. For
me it was a matter of price vs. convenience and convenience won out.
I do think they do great work and have excellent prices so I am going
to give them another shot for the b-pipe and most likely also the cat.
I'd suggest getting the CAI from them but be prepared to wait if it's
not in stock, the powdercoater loses inventory in a move, someone
takes vacation....blah blah blah.
Cheers.

We have been a little hard to get ahold of due the porototypes we have been doing lately. One thing that would help is if you leave your number first, then your message. It may take a few days to get back to you but many times by the time we call back we have already spoken with you. We have added another person to do TIG welding so our stainless orders should be a little more timely. We do appreciate your patience.

Ahh... Finally... Ok Dallas... so how much long er do u think it will take? I ordered my Y-pipe in late March. If I was going to order a CAI from u, is there a back-order? How long will it take for me to get the CAI?
