ok well its been about 55,000 miles so far...do i need a tune up? i say this because my car tops at 118, and SE's are suppose to have limiters, so someone suggested changing the fuel filter....so is there some kinda guide on a complete do it yourself tune up guide, and how exactly do i change the fuel filter?
