You're asking two questions.
Which is the best intake for light-to-light and highway
and
Which is the best CAI
A hybrid intake would be the answer to your first question.
And the answer to your second question is really personal opinion.
But with all CAIs, there is no relocation of the battery (except during installation) and are pretty easy to install.
