Need Opinion on Momo Rims I just Bought

So I was looking around on Ebay a while back and someone was selling a set of four 17 inch Chrome Momo Arrows. Since I wanted Arrows for a while a bid on them.

I ended up paying $730 shipped to get them to me. Suprisingly the tires have about 90% tread left on them, and the chrome has a little haze which can be polished. Here's just a few questions for everyone.

1) Whats the best cleaner you have used to clean the chrome front?
2) What is the best cleaner to use on the silver inside of the wheel?
3) Are OHTSU tires any good? They are 235/45/17's
4) Do you think this was a good deal.

730 shipped for chromes and 90% tires? that's an awesome deal...I wish I could get my hands on some chromed arrows for that cheap, they are awesome wheels...sorry I don't know about your other 3 questions
