I need help(wheel lugs)

Today i got my new rims and went to install them. after a little elbow greese i realized the lug nuts did not fit my car, after removing them there were a lot of metal shavings, oops.. So then i decided to put the stock rims back on, i had them threaded maybe halfway in when i realized this wasnt working, after taking them off there were a lot more metal shavings. and they are no longer threaded.. Now what can i do to fix this problem, i need help quick

Well it looks like im in store for some work, both lug and nut are stripped, but it is just the front two ...
Can some one tell me how to replace the lugs, has this ever happened to anyone else?

yeah, it's happened to me

take the caliper off the mounting bracket and suspend it using wire so that the brake hose doesn't get stressed - a good place to suspend it from is the spring

then take off the caliper mounting bracket and next, the rotor - if your rotor is rusted on, hit it a few times with a rubber mallet to knock it loose

now turn the hub until the bad lug is lined up in the semi-circle cut-out in the dust shield, i believe it is, and hit it from the outside inward until it pops out of the hub

take your new lug and place it in the hole where the bad one was, and tighten it down to the hub using an open-ended lug nut - if it doesn't stick in there (if the hole in the hub has become too large), use some lock-tite to hold it on

replace the rotor, caliper mounting bracket, caliper and wheel - you're good to go
