toasted by calipers,need advice............

toasted by calipers,need advice............

i had gone down to florida during the super bowl and i F$%##$d up my brakes.i went to pep boys and the sold me raysbestos all around and the grinded my rotors.this was a while ago i remind u.
now my brakes are REAL bad.i lookes at my calipers and there like 5 differant colors,burnt,BURNT and more burnt.u get the picture,so i ask you this
i cant get a big brake upgrade cuz i cant afford that plus rimz . i got the stock 16's not even the five star i got the ghetto ones.
what kinda rotors do i but AND what and from where do i get calipers from??? i want good calipers.anyone???????

Burnt? What's burnt? The cast iron?

Are the brakes pulling to one side? Are the rotors warped (pulsing pedal)?

You'd fry your rotors and pads long before you'd damage the calipers I would imagine. And I've driven damn hard and only had a wee bit of fade.....

Stock Brembo uncut blanks work best for me for rotors. I use stock OEM pads since they don't make noise, much dust, and perform damn well without shredding the rotors.
