Got a speeding ticket and...
was wondering if I should try to go to court and fight it or send in the extra 2-3 dollars and never cash the refund check. I have heard of this actually woking for people before. Has anyone honestly tried it and worked, or are people lying and just saying that it worked? I will try it if there is a chance that it will work, but I will be ****ed if it doesn't. Don't know if I could beat it in court or not. I was going 50/35. I thought it was 45 zone but the judge probably won't care. Anyway, I am bummed out now. Later
the $2-3 extra thign is a myth imo.
i dont know anyone who has tried it themselves and actually gotten it to work, everyone knows it from "a friend of a friend of a friend, etc. ..."
i suggest you get a traffic lawyer and see if they review the case and let u know your odds.
better doing that then relying on a method that is not proven
just think this, a lawyer might cost a lot in the short term, but insurance will cost a lot more in the long term. which would u rather have?
