Coil-Overs Vs. Eibach Progress

I'm very close to purchasing some suspension for my Maxima and I am torn between Eibach's Progress sping pack or a pair of coil overs. I know coil overs kick *** but he bang for the buck is less than the Eibach's. Just curious what you all think would be a better buy. I'm looking strictly for performance verses bang for the buck. Thanks.

if you want performance, get the Intrax or GC coilovers since the springs are linear (stiffer, but less body lean). Also, the Intrax will be lower than the EIbach Prokit so you will have a lower center of gravity.

Eibach (or H&R) are the better choice for a daily driver but if you want a more sporty ride, opt for Intrax or the coilovers.

I heard the opposite of that. I heard that the Eibach Pro kit would be the best choice for performance, but it might not offer the lowest drop.

Then I also just stumbled on the Sportline springs. Are they by Eibach? I don't know about them, but they also sound good.

if you can't decide on either eibach springs or coilovers... how about buying both? Ground Controls are coilovers that use Eibach springs. voila. done deal.

GC uses the Eibach sport springs - linear rated and much shorter. This will give a harsher ride for street setup but better performance. The Pro Kit is progressive wound so it's going to be softer for the street use; also, the spring is taller so there is more suspension travel.

No Sportline application available for the Maximas.
