Mine don't but I greased them before intallation. Make sure that you have the slit facing forward or they will rip.

they should have the grease available at the place you are buying the bushings. It should be water resistant.

They make a silicone based grease that is sometimes packaged as brake grease. It's made to put on the sliding bolts of brake calipers and is heat and water resistant. It may be hard to find; I would suggest you call NAPA first.

If you buy the bushing from Couresy Nissan or Energy suspension, they come with the required grease.

And yeah, I know all too well about putting the slit backward Destroyed my 1st set

They are cheap, but I'm not so sure they should be installed (although I still have mine in).

Maxima's are notorious for understeer. To reduce understeer, you should tighten or stiffen the rear sway bar and loosen the front. Putting urethane bushings in the front makes the front firmer. For moderate turns, the front urethane bushings feel great but when you push it to the limits (like on the autocross course) it becomes apparent that you are better off with stock rubber bushings.

I checked mine. Same thing!

I think the problem for me was I greased the outside as well as inside of the bushing. Next set, whenever I get it, I'll just grease the inside of the bushings only.

I know this is old, but I was searching and this is what I found.

I just bought the ES endlink bushings, but I didn't order the Sway bar bushings. Think this is a bad idea to just replace the endlink bushings?

Hey guys, got a question on where else besides Courtesy to buy my ES bushings from. I had ordered them 2 weeks ago from Courtesy but when I called up to get a tracking number, they had no record of me ever placing an order! Due to this fact I WILL not be ordering from Courtesy ever again. Thanks for the info.

Order them from suspension.com. They are cheaper than Courtesy. If you need grease, don't pay the high $$$ for ES grease go to any marine supply and get waterproof trailer grease.
