Rear O2 Sensor

How can I remove the rear O2 sensor without removing the heat sheild on the manifold? The wire are going inside the car. Where can I find the rear O2 connector

Thanks

Its in the haynes manual but i will be nice and tell you. The wires run up in tubing in front of your engine. There there is a plastic plug mounted on a piece of metal. You will notice it is the one on the left with three wires just like the O2 sensor.
