Depends how much money you have and how long you want to keep your car...the Aluminized I have and I would recommend lasts 10 years...the SS both will last 20 but the Alumized is cheaper and works the same...Get WSP-Aluminized and call it a day

TIG if done right will be the better weld. However, it requires more skill. So a TIG welding done by someone that isn't very good at welding, will not be as good as a MIG weld by the same person. This has to do with the nature of the arc. If you trust the work of the welder, go with TIG, if you don't, go MIG. When done right, a TIG weld is superior to a MIG done right as well. TIG also distorts the metal less than MIG. MIG's tend to warp more and tend to damage the two pieces more than TIG. Also MIG is more prone to cracking than TIG.

From what I've been reading on this board, Warpspeed has some pretty good welders, while Budget has some pretty bad ones. Judging by pics of y-pipes, I entirely agree. Some of the pics Budget puts up are quite shameful.

As for which metal you should get, there are many things to consider. Do you do a lot of short trip driving? Is your fuel high in sulphur, as in Canada? Do you live in an area with winter conditions? Do you live near a large salt body of water? Things like that.
