beat a mid 80's 911

while out doing some errands today some guy in a black 911 convertable... mid 80's... comes flying up behind me @ the light and swerves into the lane next to me. they guy was in his mid thirties and had some blonde girl next to him... could of been his girlfriend... could have been his daughter.. who knows. anyway, i've got my music up pretty loud and the fool looks over at me and laughs. so $hit, this dude is gonna toast me, but atleast i'll put up a fight. so i turn my a/c off and rev my engine a bit to pull up a bit. the guy does the same, so i know its on. as soon as the light changes i slam the gas and pull a car length right off the line... guess he was sleeping. but a car length is all i had... he kept @ my bumper until about 65 and i started pulling on him. i got to 80 or so and had to slow down... police have been ticketing left and right around here. so when we get to the next light he pulls up again and i glance over to him... he wouldn't even look at me... what a punk... but the funny thing is that his girl was in her seat trying not to laugh. kinda made my crappy day a little better. so how fast are these cars supposed to be? don't they have like 230hp? equivalent to a non S Boxter?

I believe it.
Those older 911s were fast for their time, but compared to some of the vehicles of today, they don't really measure up.

You should have let out a loud laugh... I'm sure the chick would've lost it and he woulda been hella humiliated. Good defensive kill.
