why is back window blurry? factory tint?

Hmm... what exactly is "factory tinted." I have a 96SE... i don't see any sort of tint on it. I don't htink i even have the factory tint.. but why is my back window not clear... its like blurry... and its not dirty or anything. just a clearish blurry...

Factory tint is a very slight tint on all cars. You really can't even tell its there. I don't see how it could cause your back window to be blurry.
