Transmission help!
My 96 reverse gear slips when the car is hot. It runs fine in all other gears. The reverse gear work fine when the car is cold. I change the oil in the pan today, but the problem persist. Should I try to change the filter as well? Why it works when the car is cold and not when it is hot? Help!

It is super tech with Detron III and Mercon compatable. No rating on the botle.

Uh dude, you're thinking gearoil (manual transmission).
auto tranny's use ATF.. which is dexron3/mercon (same)
