Re: Warpspeed b pipe

i think its a pipe from cat to the middle of the B pipe. U have to cut the B pipe and clamp on ur new one. It takes away from restriction of the crushed area.

I have the entire b-pipe from WSP. It comes in two sections and
fully replaces the piping from the cat to the muffler. I opted to
not get the resonator so mine was $150. With a resonator, it's $170.

As Hugemax95 noted, the fix is just a replacement for 1/2 of the
pipe. You can see what it does on their website WSP .

Do some searches to help determine the value of installing the b-pipe
or b-pipe fix. I'm going turbo so it was a necessary step for me to
help free up the exhaust.

It's still pretty loud with the resonator, I can't imagine without...

The WSP B-pipe fix takes all of the bad crimps out of you stock B-pipe. It's cheaper than the regular b-pipe, but you'll make up the difference and more in labor to get someone to put it on. Instead of you just swapping pipes, you now have to cut your original pipe and weld in the fixed pipe. This can be very costly. I've already dealt with this "fix" when another member brought it to me for installation. when the day was over, it worked, but we concluded that he would have been better off, just buying the whole b-pipe.

How loud is the B-pipe without the resonator? Do you still have the 2k2 mufler listed in your sig? Does this muffler sound about the same as the stock SE one? How is the noise at about an 80 MPH cruise?

It seems there are lots of people on this board who removed the resonator, but most of them have the stock y-pipe. I ordered the resonated B-pipe fix about 2 1/2 months ago but still have not recieved it. I was thinking about changing my order to the full B and now that I read this thread I definatly will. Now I just have to decide between resonator or no, a little more/deeper noise would be nice but I don't want it to be annoying on the highway.
