Like the title say. The lip is the stillen classic fits 02-03. Has never been painted. Was installed on the car briefly then i gave that car to my wife and bought a truck. She did not like it so i took it off. It has a few scrapes on the bottom but is in overall good shape. The scrapes could be easily fixed when painted. They are all very light scrapes. $200 obo + ship

The PAC 5 OEM2 converter is for adding subs to the stock bose head unit. It has never been installed and i don't even think it is opened. Make offer

lip is sold. Still have the pac adapter. According to pac's site it will only work on a bose headunit.
