Here are some pictures of the FSTB. I have yet to remove the RSB for pictures.
Note two scratch marks (more like grooves) where the hood was rubbing it near those 3 holes on each side.

Here's an update on the RSB:
I tried removing the bar last weekend. The bar has been on the car since late 2000. I can get the bar itself removed but the brackets that supports it won't come off. There are upper and lower bolts that hold the bar to the frame. I can remove the lower ones that hold the bar in place. The upper bolts won't budge and one of the bolts is starting to strip (its the hex head type and I will replace the bolts before selling).
The bar is steel and has no damage to it (looks like when I bought it). The bar is black in color.
I'll need to spend more time on this. I'll post something up later if I can get it off the car.
