Upon purchasing these online, I have decided not to install them. My plan was to paint them gloss black. Anyway, something came up and I need the cash instead. I am looking to get $600 shipped. Add 3% if using paypal. P/M me if interested. They will fit any Maxima with 3.0 or 3.5L

They will fit on either, the only difference is the EGR, as Blake posted. The headers will physically fit all 4th and 5th/5.5 Gen Maximas.
The positioning of the front o2 bung puts the sensor where the AC compressor sits on 3.0s. On an A32, I just removed the AC compressor, but you could also plug the bung and weld in another.

Good point. I think the smarter thing would be to plug that bung and reweld one that is lower down on the collector so that the primary O2 sensor is reading O2 flow from the entire bank, and not just one cylinder, as it is currently designed.
Sounds like a good idea. On the A32 I worked on, the AC wasn't working well anyway so it was a cheaper route than welding in a new bung.
That is interesting and doesn't sound like a bad idea. In the case of the a32s though, the sensor would hit the compressor itself; moving the lines wouldn't have helped--unless one was to fab a custom compressor bracket and run a longer belt. As you've suggested, welding on a bung is definitely the way to go if you want to keep the AC.

Does no one have a dyno of these on a 4th gen vq30? i was planning on swapping to a 3.5 but ill be putting these on the 3l before it comes out aswell. I currently run xspower headers but i could head over to the dyno to get some comparisons on the vq30 if it makes you happy lol.

Should know that the XS are glorified polished stock manifolds with the thinnest y pipe known to man. Cant forget the flex section without a hanger aswell... almost forgot the bees in a can lmao
