so what, keep bidding until you can't afford it anymore
seeing as how you've been hunting for these for a while, why not just keep bidding?
ill keep an eye on it too, if it's cheap enough with a few minutes left, ill have to place my bid as well!

Well I just talked to my local shop and they are going to start once i give them the original. I really dont want to spend all that and buy one from the dealer. And the price is not final from the local shop. I am willing to spend my money and buy this so help me out guys.

price is fine with me. I would just request that mine be painted my body color (sheer silver) so I could just bolt it up when I get it. I'll pay the extra money ofcourse...any idea roughly when these would be available?

well if i win the auction then i will be fairly quick. i would guess no more then a month. Not really sure he needs to see the valance first. Also regarding the paint, i dont think he would do it because of issues that may occur such as color matching etc. Anyways ill keep you all updated.

Hey man im interested in the rear valance as well, but also the front lip too if thats possible depending on price range for the two only because i can get a rear bumper from a kit with side skirts and aftermarket fenders for 500 probabaly less,so it depends on pricing

8 Hours for the eBay auction. I was tempted to bid, lol but will let someone else win. It may be too thin to match with the Stillen lip.

Looking at the bidding history, that was a crazy and close ebay-bidding fight between you and this other dude. Sorry that you have to shell out that much. But hey, when the GD gets through, I'm happy to pay a lil bit extra to compensate your "loss".

Damm, for that price, hopefully everyone that wants one will come through when its time to pay. I was keeping an eye on it, but after $200 I knew it was going to be a high auction.... Good luck!

So let me get this straight, the rear bumper of a 2000-2001 max. Is the same as the 2002-2003 max? so there will be no troubles with the valence on a 02-03 max right......another ? I have is this only a rear valence,or the whole kit. how soon can you give us a price estimated. I'm local, so I'm willing to pick up if the price is nice. Thanks.........

yeah so you all all are look for an AE lip and valence..well this isnt exaclty AE but its similiar...
http://www.streetconcept.com/4002.html

the front lip is 174 and the rear is 179 i think or you can buy both as a kit for just under 400.

maybe so, but its an alternative to people that want to be cheap and not order it fro the factory, me myself wouldnt pay from the factory, and after thinking about my max...im gonna trade it for a 2k2 or 2k3 6 speed. and drop a full kit on it ...
