I bought the y-pipe from 2kmike here:

I paid $150 + shipping and would like to get $150 shipped to 48 states.

I installed it and just 1 minute after that, my SES lit. My SES has been going on and off ever since I bought this Max 3 months ago, I am not taking any more chance by adding one more variable. So it's off and it's for sale.

It's for 02 Maxima

I am also selling my stock 02 SE springs. 70K miles on them.

Not sure why it would cause you an SES light though, the precats are in the manifolds, not the y-pipe.

No idea. I put stock y pipe.. after 50 miles, SES is lit again.
I am in the border of selling this car.

You misunderstood. Within one minute after I start the car with the y pipe installed, my SES was lit.
The y pipe was installed less than 1 week. U interested?
