Like I said it doesn't matter what condition they are in so long as I can bolt them up to keep the wheel from digging the frame. I need to get them here before Monday of next week.

Have you tried a junkyard? Who says they have to fit correctly. Will 4th gen struts bolt up to the spindle? I bet no one would notice a 2x4 bolted in place of struts.
