This is an OEM HID headlight that came from my 2003 Nissan Maxima. The ballast is included. I had an accident and decided to upgrade to halo black HID headlights. The headlight is in good condition and has all the bulbs except the one above the turn signal. Some of the wires have been cut, which can be seen in the pics. The bottom part of the headlight seems to have been repaired before, but the headlight works great and have never had issues with it fogging up. I bought the car new and I rarely drive at night so the HID bulb is still very good. There are slight scratches on the lens and the tabs are a little cracked. whatever happened to the other headlight (i may be interested in buying a set)

 

The other headlight is broken. The mount is torn so da headlight is no good. The lens is the only thing that is still usable/salvagable.
