you dont need a full suspension to tow a car...if the junk yard wants it bad enough theyll take it without wheels and suspension..i did this about a week ago to a grand am. But if not i guess it depends on how skilled the driver is. As for your max... you got cv joints willing to sell?

i was thinking about taking the wheels but i dont want to mess up the driveway. it'll get messed up if a tow truck drag is away. ill proba take only the wheels and leave the suspension.
