So....just because its on his car means that its not brand new??? technically its used but he just bought it last week and I put it on for him on sunday, so THEREFORE it is brand new. If you dont want it than move along

Yea if it's installed on a car then it's no longer "brand new." It shouldn't be advertised as brand new because it's deceiving to the buyer.

OK sorry everyone....its not brand new in the box....it has 50 miles on it...so I guess thats not new still? right? its old? and used? so lets rephrase that, ITS BRAND NEW USED. has 50 miles on it. sorry everyone.

No one is trying to be rude but if you installed it on the car period, it is no longer brand new. It may be "like new", but there is a difference, and your ad should reflect that. It is not brand new used, it is used.

Why did you remove it so quickly? 50 miles doesn't seem like a fair assessment of performance.

i ended up putting more then 50 miles on it.... i just didn't like the sound...i liked the power increase but the y pipe with the 2.5" cat back i had made a slapping sound when driving... went back to my stock y pipe...and bought a 3" cat back instead
