F.S. Stillen strut bar

Exodusx187 has purchased my car and I am posting this for him. please PM him about this. He wants $110 shipped

I've had this bar since new and sold the bar with the car to Exodusx187. He's a friend of mine so no scammer here. I pretty much an OG member here, just dont have the post count to back it up lol! the bar is in great shape and can be cleaned to look pretty much new.

I need to know if this Stillen FSTB will crimp the hose for the wiper spray on the driver side? That seems to be the problem with our 2001 Infiniti I30's with FSTB's. I purchased a real nice FSTB from Racingline last year and it worked great and looked even better on my car, except that I couldn't prevent the bar from pressing on the driver's side wiper hose! Not being able to spray and clean the driver side windshield became priority at this point, so I removed the FSTB. If you have the Stillen, does this happen also? Please let me know, thanks.

If you pull down the liner under the hood you will see that the driver side windshield wiper hose passes through a grommet, the FSTB is actually making contact with this grommet which is squeezing down on the hose. I removed the grommet which now allows the hose to lay down much closer to the hood and no more problems with the lack of fluid reach the wiper blade ... check it out the grommet actually sits out quit a bit and that is what is causing the problem.... I have the Racingline FSTB and had this problem which is now resolved.

Thanks Ghost 54, I'll give it a shot to see if that will work....first I'm going to put the Racingline FSTB back on. If that works, then I guess I won't be needing the Stillen FSTB after all!

it was given back to me by the original owner and i never installed it back on. i'm not into performance anymore (i'm getting old lol) and do not see a need for it. other than making my engine bay look pretty, it would not serve a purpose for me
