To - VQhurty: Looks almost identical to the one I have. I pulled mine off an Infiniti I30 and installed it into my 3.5 2003 Max.
There are two difference that I see. First, that on my I30, there were two smaller tube ports beside the larger one (which is pictured above) which were used for additional vacuum lines. Also, my I30 had an extra sensor which installed into the pipe, looked like some little O2 sensor thing. My 3.5 didn't have this sensor, so I just left the old sensor in the pipe unplugged to seal the hole. Assuming absolutely no difference between the 3.0 I30 vs 3.0 Max, then you should need those two extra vacuum ports and the sensor port.
Assuming I'm right about the differences, I'm not sure how difficult it would be to resolve those issues for your car. I would be willing to help you out though. If you want to buy this one, have it sent to me, then I'll ship you mine. You can check around on me, specifically in the 3rd gen forum. Heck, just look at my itrader rating and how long I've been on the board....been on here too long to be taking advantage of someone...especially given I've already got an Injen intake....and I can't use it on my 3rd gen turbo. I leave it up to you, just trying to help. Here's a pic of mine. It's in comparabe shape to the one listed. You can see the two smaller lines near the throttle body in the pic, I've not capped them off yet. You can also see the little sensor which is left disconnected on the pipe right beside the battery.

My sincerest apologies! Sorry, I should have been more clear......I was actually responding to VQthurty's post.
He indicates needing the intake I have.....you have the one for the 3.5 which does fit my application. I was trying to help you make the sale while providing another .orger with the correct Injen intake for his application.
Hope my post makes more sense now.
