FS: Brand new JWT VQ35DE cams..
I've got a set of JWT Grand-Am Cup Series VQ35DE cams for sale. These were custom ground, and the specs are a little bit different than the normal GA series cams. They are brand new, and they're actually a pretty rare set. This profile is a slightly modified version of the original cams that were designed for the Grand-Am Cup Series cars, and B.J. Zacharias and Michiel Schuitemaker ran these, along with a few other Cup cars. These have a little more lift than the original GA cams.
They are a little more aggressive than a C8 cam, and will make monsterous power, all the way up to 8K rpm. You can use JWT's springs with these.. They will work with stock DE pistons, without clearance issues. Nice, lopey idle. They will work best in a N/A motor, but, will also work in a FI application, reasonably well. If you're looking to build a motor to make north of 300whp, then, you will not go wrong with these.
Here's a pic from a mock up that we did, on another engine (testing piston to valve clearance), showing how large the lobes are on these cams..
Again, they are brand new, and have never been run before.. I was going to use these in my B15 race car project, but, it looks like I won't be doing a built VQ like I wanted to, so, I don't need these anymore. Here are the specs..
Intake lift- .488"
Exhaust lift- .488"
Intake duration- 280*
Exhaust duration- 280*
Intake L/C- 123*
Exhaust L/C- 104*
I paid 1095.00 for them.. I'll take 775.00 shipped, anywhere in the lower 48 states.
Thanks,
Travis

Here's a video, which gives you a good idea as to what the idle will sound like..

Those are C8's, but, they're VERY close in terms of idle quality.

While I'll admit that I don't get on the .org as much as other Nissan sites, I DID send you the ECU pigtail, via USPS. I have several others, if you still need one.. They're not worth anything to me, so, I have no reason to "scam" you by not sending you one. I purchased a complete wiring harness from you, because I had a cut one.. That was the whole point. If it wasn't received, I appologize, and I can send you another one. I have several.

You added any displacement to the engine?
