I'm not sure if the sideskirts and mudflaps from the 5.5 fit the 5th gen, you experts will have to tell me, however I'm looking for these parts for a 2000, thanks.

front mudflaps are different, rears are the same or at least interchangeable.

 

I have a good set of 5.5 oem 17" wheels/tires. Front tires have about 40-60% tread left while rears have about 5-10% tread.
