As the title says I need a 5.5 gen OEM bulb and ballast. I bought a left 5.5 gen head light and it does not come with the HID bulb or ballast.

You might want to consider replacing both of the bulbs at the same time. You will more than likely have color differences between the two bulbs. Ballast shouldn't matter, though.

 

Well one of the lights I got was brand new it still had plastic all around it and the lense doesnt have a scratch or anything on it. But on the other one its just the headlight with no bulbs or anything in it.

 

I've got a set of stock HID bulbs for sale. Otherwise, I would honestly suggest you getting a set of new from ebay for $15 shipped, lifetime warrenty. I've bought two sets, no problems and great guy to deal with. I can provide ebay info if you need.

 

The thing is I need the Ballast too if he has those as well I would consider it.

 

I have the oem bulb and ballast. I hit a deer a few months ago, and when they replaced my headlight I told them I wanted to keep the damaged headlight. Only the lens was cracked, the ballast and bulb are fine.
