you have an AE OEM rear lip?
i do. it was repainted, i started stripping it, but wasnt sure what i wanted to do with it. the bolts to hold it in rusted off(most of them do), plus finding exactly where to drill holes for them would be impossible. i also have the mudguards. i just havent gotten a chance to put on the stillen kit and the ae to compare which i like better.

if you need help fitting or tweaking the ionic one let me know. i'd be more than glad to help, and not too far away.

do you want to part with the the ae rear lip? i really want an oem one before i spend the money to have it painted and i put it on.. do you want to sell it or possibly trade something for it? i have a set of brand new toyo proxes T1R 255-45-18. or trade my ionic one plus maybe some cash on top?

if i really cant find one i might just try to fit it as best as i can, a 2nd hand would be great! your located in Islip right?

Wow.. Ricerocket you are a PIA. I bet there's the slightest difference between the ionic and OEM. I'm just sayin. I didn't see you at Maxus so you still owe me lunch on that electric rear window shade lol.

GL finding an OEM one, AE's are getting scarce by the day.

maybe we can get together to compare before you decide what you want to use. you test fitted the ionic one? what's off on it?

i'm actually disappointed in how the stillen sides fit. the urethane is way too soft to get it to fit right. the front is better but the back is too soft too. def a 2 man job.

the only thing i did was just take off my factory mud flap and test fit one side on, but, the pics ive seen of other peoples maxima who has the ionic lip on it just doesnt look right to me, its not a tight factory look. im just very fussy with my car and i really want a factory one, lol i guess i just want it to be know in my head its OEM, not fiberglass. i have the stillen front lip as well, the fitment is good i have to fit it and drill the holes so i can drop it off for paint.. maybe you could help me out with that if you want so its a perfect fit
when are you available to meet up so i can check that AE rear out? PM me a price you are asking for it

i'll be home after 4 sat up to monday. only problem is there's a music festival going on this weekend and i'm 3 blocks away from it. getting to me and finding parking is going to be a PITA .

btw, the oem one is hard plastic. i thought that ionic was using FRP? either way, it's not going to be flexible.
