It is between the headliner in the rear and the rear window. I had it wedged between that, and ran the wire down the C-pillar and into the truck and tapped into the brake light. I believe there's a picture of it on this page.

I didn't run a grill using this enclosure. The backside is carpeted mdf board and matches the trunk interior. You can essentially lay it on the floor of the truck in 2 different positions, which fire the sub more upwards, or more outwards. As you can see 2 different positions in 2 different pics. Use a couple L-brackets or Velcro to secure it to the floor. L-brackets are recommended.

Raxles doesn't offer both sides, just the driver's. When I called them to order this one they said they could get me a passenger side, but it would be the same as an oem one. I just have the driver's for sale.
