350z intake manifold and 3/8" Spacer ALL READY FOR FWD

Up for sale is my 350z IM already set up for FWD. Runs great, no air leaks or anything. The IM has my version of the MREV2 already done to it, as well as light polishing. This is a good upgrade for people looking for extra HP in the 3000-5000 RPM range, thats where it made the largest difference in my car. This DID fit under my hood when I was using it without the spacer, no trimming. Im only selling because I am going back to basically stock. $150+shipping for the complete intake manifold (lower manifold, upper manifold, and plenum). I will throw in the front valve cover for $40 shipped.

The spacer is a 3/8" Powerlab spacer, pretty comparable to the motordyne 5/16" spacers that is very common. Again, no leaks or nicks or anything in the spacer, its in great condition. $110 shipped.

PRICE DROP: $280 shipped! OBO!

150 for the manifold, 110 for the spacer? I don't need the front VC for fitment do I? if I do, 300 total, correct?

From what I vaguely remember I do need the VC,

Yeah you need the valve cover. It interferes with the oil fill location on the stock FWD valve cover. You got PM

Any idea how much power you gained?
Is the purpose of this spacer the same as the nwp intake spacer? And with the spacer did you need to cut the hood?
Where is your maf sensor? I can't see it in any of the pictures
And roughly how long would install take?
Thanks

I cannot estimate hp because I never dynod and never really ran the 1/4 after i installed this. With the spacer, I did not cut the hood at all, but rather lowered the engine to fit the spacer and take advantage of a lower center of gravity. My MAF sensor is on the tube directly to the right of the throttle body. I have an extra MAF tube so I chopped the bolt pattern off of the end and just mounted it filter<MAF<throttle body

Do you think it is impossible to run a 5/16" spacer without lowering or cutting? Or, maybe a better question: where is the point of interference?

The interference, in my case by the time I out the spacer in was in a bunch of places. I think you could have fit the spacer by trimming the hood, but there's no way it would fit without trimming or lowering the engine. The 5/16 spacer is so close to being the same thing that it doesn't really matter

How big of difference did the spacer make?
And do your items include everything i would need to do this project?
And how long for install?

The spacer in my opinion is the key to the manifold. Without it I don't feel that there are much if any gains. For the install you would still need gaskets or just gasket maker, which is what I usually use. You will also need to have a way to put an intake on it, which could be extremely simple or difficult depending on what you have now. You can see in my pictures what I use for mine.

haha, thanks for the bump. Im actually pretty surprised at the lack of interest in this. I think people might be scared of dropping the engine a bit, which is a little unfortunate because the most difficult part is only drilling a hole straight across the engine mount bracket. Everything else is just unbolt, put in new bolt...

I am not sure. I know that 3.5 uppers have been matched to 3.0 lowers (with lots of port matching effort), but I dont think the 3.5 lower will bolt up to the 3.0 head and you need the correct LIM for this manifold due to the bolt locations through the manifold
