FL 3.5L Nissan oxygen sensors (Brand new OEM)
3.5L Nissan oxygen O2 sensors (New OEM)
I have both downstream heated oxygen sensors for my 3.5L 2002 Maxima. I thought I needed these but it turned out my code was for a precat. These go for 140-150 on courtesy nissan. They are all brand new in unopened bags. I want to sell for $140 shipped for both or $75 shipped each. That is half off of Courtesy Nissan for faster shipping. Paypal only. If you want to look at enlarged pictures please go to my cardomain link: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/394179...edan-4d/page-1
I will ship USPS priority with delivery confirmation.
The part numbers are as followed:
1x 226A1-5Y701 Red wire
1x 226A0-5Y701 White wire

Both upstream sensors are sold but I still have both rear heated sensors for sale (red and white wire). I am open to offers. These are genuine sealed Nissan sensors and sure beats the price of Courtesy Nissan by at least $50 each plus you don't have to pay their high processing and shipping charge. Also these will ship priority the same day which means you can have them within a couple of days max.
ok these are tempting prices maybe you can tell me what i need or if it will fix my CEL (sensor reading at 0.0mv constantly)
problem:
1. aftermarket catback fed spec (o2 sensor after cat)
2. sensor not there at all. previous owner removed it and did not includ it in sale
solution: could i buy one of your rear sensors and just put it in the aftermarket cat back? i mean our 5.5 gens do not read if there is a cat or not correct? if someone can verify this for me then i will buy the rear sensor bank two i think later this week.

The down stream sensors are there specifically to tell the ecm that the precats are working efficiently. To answer your question, the rear sensors are necessary to avoid a cel. These sensors should fit in your aftermarket converter so long as it is for the 3.5.
stock precats stock cat only thing aftermarket is my cat back which got rid of a 8" piece of cast metal that had an o2 sensor in it all i need is that o2 sensor so i can drill a hole in the cat back and weld a nut on then screw my sensor into it only thing is i dont have a sensor to put in there lol
