I have a set of cattman headers and y-pipe on a 2000 maxima that I am looking to get rid of.

Asking 300 for headers and 250 for y pipe. 500 if taking both

Installed them in feburary of 2010.

They are cali spec

It is still on the vehicle and it is up on jack stands.

Thought the y pipe can't be separated since it was made to work with only the cattman headers

 

I have some Gen 3s and know for sure it wont work with the stock y pipe but some are willing to make custom y-pipes....

 

that's weird - I thought only y-pipes go Fed or Cali spec? no difference for headers...

Dont know about 4th gens but on my 5.5 in the bottom picture the stock y pipe flange is a little more down and straight up and down, not at a angle as above, on for the 6th gens they can work with stock y or aftermarket one.....

 

Cattman headers won't work with the stock y-pipe and vice versa, the Cattman headers need the y-pipe that comes with them, separating them is dumb since they can't be used without each other.

my point is there) external egr is present on all pre-DEK engines
so, for someone who's willing to put a big bolt into that hole, could be used on 01-03 Maximas too
