BEWARE!!!!! Do not buy **** from this *******. This guy was selling his Tein h tec springs with some kyb front shocks. I pmd him asking him if he'll take $150.00 for them and he told me yes so I ended up sending him money through PayPal that same day so I was expecting the springs later on that week and I never got ****. I keeped trying to get ahold of him and hitting him up about my springs and to keep me updated but he never got back to me. This fool shouldn't even be on the maxima org he needs to be kicked off. Enjoy ur ****en money punk ***.

If true, this is a much more serious issue that you need to bring up with the mods and Paypal. You're not going to accomplish anything by simply posting in a different one of his for sale threads.

 

Are you saying that he stole your money and did not refund your money? That is one hell of an accusation to make. FYI, I paid for the springs BEFORE you did and I received the springs. Hopefully, he will chime in to resolve this matter of yours. As the others stated, why did you not file a claim with paypal if this is true?

 

No never reported to PayPal but I'm ganna. That's cool that u have the springs but he should at least refund my money.

 

you should asap, little side note never send money as gift. if this ever happens and the money was sent as gift then its will be impossible to get your money back.

 

Dam that's exactly what I did sent it as gift.

 

damm dude that sucks man. still try and file a claim maybe with some luck you can get your money back, never send it as gift its better to pay couple bucks more for the fees but you know youre secure if anything happens.

You're pretty much SOL lol I bought an O2 a while back and sent the payment as a "payment owed", thinking I could file a claim when I didn't get my part or money back but I couldn't.

 

It sounds like you need to try contacting him again and working things out as well as reporting this to the mods on here. This means copies of messages, Paypal screenshots, etc. If this guy really screwed you over like that there is absolutely no reason he should be allowed to sell anything else or even be a member on this site any longer.

I have not received your payment. Yes I have been ignoring you, in fact I added you to my ignore list. I haven't received any money from you. I have dealt with number of people here I have been a member for a while. You had 1 post, your first post was to say "payment sent". I just thought you were some kid messing around. Now making Bold accusations here. Who should be reporting who??
