Yes they are ready to be installed. But if you really want to go all out u can change the dust boot and bump stops since its not on the car yet. You don't have to, just saying it will help pout in the long run.

Nope. They looked ok so I wasn't too worried about it. Plus I didn't want to hassle with getting a spring compressor to change them out. Keeping me in one piece made install a breeze.
