I have a pair of oem headlights from an 03. They come with everything minus the blinker bulbs. That means ballast, housing and HID bulbs are included. I bought these because I wanted to paint them but I am not going to have the time to do it. The headlights are in great shape and the lenses look great, although they are used so don't expect perfection. The only problems I could see is that one of the tabs keeping the lens on the housing is broken but it has been glued in that spot, and then on both the tabs the ring is cracked but it is still completely there.

This is the broken clip. It has the rubberized sealant and is not a hard glue.
