NY Maxtuning lip (Rare)
Everytime I see 'rare' in the FS thread title I know it's going to be expensive. lol
Sucks because the seller latches onto 'rare', regardless if there are comparable products still available that aren't rare...and much cheaper

I've seen it done...doesn't look the same...it's not beefy enough for the 5.5 front, looks cheap

other than paying $500 for a front lip so i can say i have a bigger pen0r than the next man....i rather not. i dont knock those who have it, but these last few posts of this lip is outrageous w/ the pricing, IMHO. i always looked at car forums as a place to find deals, lately, every car forum i'm part of are basically ripping people off with every part.
I get what you're saying but you gotta stop looking at it that way...yes we're all looking for deals on here but at the same time thats like you're saying you come on the forums to find Volk wheels for less that $1000...or a cattman system for less than $500...forum or not sometimes certain parts demand big $$ just because of the name or how hard it is to find and like it or not a maxxtuning lip is one of those parts...i seen 2 stillen lips on 5.5 's yesterday alone....the last time I saw a maxxtuning lip in person was when I took mines off at the beginning of the month...now is he trying to sell for max price value wise? Yes...but I wouldn't come on here ever expecting to see this lip going for cheap unless it's beat to crap so if you want it you're gonna have to be prepared to shell out $$$

One thing I learned over the last 20+ years of buying and selling cars and car parts (including aftermarket) is that it goes beyond the standard issue of supply-and-demand economics. It's all what someone as the buyer thinks it's worth. Would I buy a lip spoiler from a company I never heard of (out of business?) for $500? Nope... Why? Because to me, it's not worth it. So to you it might be worth a starting/asking price of 500, but to most people it won't be. However, if you get what you're asking for it or close to it, that's good, and GLWTS.

Yes another sold for 500 a few months back... BUT jackin up the price on a lip....really!?! Youre an idiot" is probably the first thing that would come to mind...but this is a rare item for sure...glad im part of the 4th gen community now and not the 5th where you guys think these parts are gold....someoje sold a cf rad shroud for 80 bucks...new never mounted....hasnt been made in yearssssss and sold for more than that new....glws
maxima owners are so cheap...well atleast this generation of up and coming maxima owners are....i sold my maxx tuning lip for 400 about a month ago and the guy i sold it to didnt even think twice .........glws

nope!!!!! i wouldnt. same rear trunk optional spoiler i got for my teg..everybody tries to oversell it for $300+ shipping...i picked mine up for $80 shipped...IJS people use rare to jack up teh price when it's not even needing to be up in price...eff that yo. i'd never drop that kinda money on something like that

but if u dont and cant afford to pay the price for it just keep it moving. no need to bash something becuase u dont have the money for it (not talking about u im speaking in general)
