'00 Maxi SE caught fire last week & is beyond restoration for me, anyway. Everything past the firewall survived & is for sale, save the Bose speakers & amp, for $750 obo. Just curious but how did the fire happen?

 

Not positive, but I believe there was an electrical short somewhere in the vicinity of the master & slave cylinders. FD thought brake fluid was the accelerant involved. It definitely wasn't gas or oil burning. Wife had parked the car at McD's & went inside. Came back out to a blazing Max SE.
