These coilovers are far more than 15k miles on them and they're 1st generation so from around 2007. And the clunk is not from a bushing, it would be from a bad top mount or shot strut. Your in for a gamble!

Thanks Arthur Pytka for the kind words. I'm glad you know the exact condition of my coilovers from all the way from Streamwood, IL. I'm sure your position at Mariano's Fresh Market is the reason why you were lowballing me so much.

I'm sure the "representative" you talked to at K-Sport had some great info to tell you. Did he offer to give you a discount on a new set as well? I'm sure he'd throw in a free sticker for you too.

What you just said is any common knowledge to anyone buying used coilovers. As I mentioned earlier, the struts are not blown, nor are they leaking. The generation was never hidden from anyone, nor should age matter. I've had JIC coilovers on my 240sx that were 8+ years old.

Before you try to **** on my thread again, think twice. This ain't my first rodeo bud and maybe your mom will help you craft a better plan of attack next time. I doubt the text message conversation I could post would help your case much.....

Quit ruining my thread.

Well, than. In that case I'm just helping fellow forum members out by telling them what to look at when buying "used" coilovers. And no he did not offer selling me a new set. But he did tell me I'd be better off with some Megans witch I find kind of weird. But people are people.
