Mods please don't lock this thread yet. I sent OP money. He is now giving me a run around saying he has to wait for money to get to his bank account because he don't have enough to money on him to ship. Another member has contacted me and told me he picked up the coilovers today. So I have opened a claim with PayPal and now waiting on the outcome.

Well just an update,

Paypal ruled in my favor. I am now waiting on the funds to get back to my account.

I just want to let other forums members know that this man, Andrew Pham aka killemall2k is a crook.

 

first of all, i never tried to rip you off or screw you over in any way. it was simply just an act of miscommunication on my part. i apologize for any inconvenience i may have caused you, but i refunded your money as soon as the coilovers were sold to jmfulfer. i never tried giving you a "runaround" or anything. that's why i said let's do this transaction thru PayPal, just in case anything goes sour on either of our parts, we're both covered. i've dealt with numerous people on here and a few people know me personally, i would never intentionally try to scam anyone.

 

There was no miscommunication. I have the your PM's of you telling me the coilovers are mine and you are transferring the funds to your bank account. And a few hours later you go and have another member meet up with you and you sell them. And you didn't go ahead and so a refund, I had to dispute it through PayPal. Oh and thanks for responding to me PM's after you sold the coilovers and I found out. What a honest guy you are.
