I have a Fidanza flywheel forsale. It's used around 30,000 miles on it. It in great shape no striped holes or broken bolts in it. The reason i took it out is the starter ring needs replaced. Why does the starter ring need to be replaced? They don't normally wear out do they?

When Fidanza first came out with these flywheels they had a batch that had 1 to many teeth on the starter ring. Well my luck was i got one with 1 to many teeth on it. It a easy fix but i have my stock fly wheel in car now and do not see me putting the fidanza back in.
