You will need to remove the speedometer from the car. And remove the bezel inborder to install the rings. You do not need to completely disassemble the cluster but by tue time you get that bezel off all the hard work for a complete disassembly would be done.

Boy now I am starting to see why people flame noobs. Really you could not extend the one minute it would have took to find out these rings fit and then mold around the back of the bezel no adhesive necessary. Happy to make you oh so difficult life a little easier.
