OEM Waterpump & Tensioner for 3.0L

I had bought these for my car to proactively replace them when I was doing my radiator. I ended up not replacing them and sold he car a year later. I had ordered these for my 2001 GLE. I think this might be same part as the 4th gen, so I am listing it here. Buyer is responsible for verifying compatibility:
