No it does NOT.

It's a Cali Spec for 3.5, not a fed spec 3.0

 

What's the difference between cali and fed spec

 

Fed spec has a total of 3 oxygen sensors, Cali has 4. Among other things, search around

If i recently bought an 02' max that is originally from cali it would have the cali specs and this y-pipe would work correct? I also read that the warpspeed y-pipes don't really work with the 02-03 maximas without some knocking or something, is this true? New to the modding world and don't really know even though i have done some research.
