CA 02-03 Blacked out Headlights and cleared lens

I got an extra set of 02-03 Headlights. They are blacked out and the turn signal lens has been cleared out. They have this white residue that I could not get off. If you want more pictures, feel free to ask.
I'm asking for $350 shipped.
