I have the tail lights but what harness are you referring to.

 

It comes with all the bulb connectors. There should be a large connector that the wires with all the bulb sockets plug into. Let me snag a pic.

See here how there's one large connector and then all the bulb sockets? I need this that came with the tail light because the 02-03 harness will not properly fit in the 00-01 tail light. But if I replace my harness with the one from the 00-01, then everything will fit fine.

 

I keep headlights on hand and can make you some with Amber deletes
